MISSION STATEMENT
The Fire Chiefs Association of Santa Barbara County is committed to enhance Fire and Emergency Services through leadership and collaboration for the communities we serve.
As an adjunct body of the Fire Chiefs Association of Santa Barbara County, the Santa Barbara County Training Officers Association mission is to maximize operational readiness among the county's fire service personnel. In achieving our mission, the Association's goals are to identify training needs, acquire cost-effective courses and instructors, and provide firefighters access to those courses.

05/20/2019 Rope Rescue Tech (RRT) May 20-24 2019. This is a 40-hour advanced rope rescue techniques school, including high angle rescue, highline systems, victim access and extrication. The course meets and exceeds the State Fire Marshall Rope Rescue Technician (RRT) course curriculum
