MISSION STATEMENT
The Fire Chiefs Association of Santa Barbara County is committed to enhance Fire and Emergency Services through leadership and collaboration for the communities we serve.
As an adjunct body of the Fire Chiefs Association of Santa Barbara County, the Santa Barbara County Training Officers Association mission is to maximize operational readiness among the county's fire service personnel. In achieving our mission, the Association's goals are to identify training needs, acquire cost-effective courses and instructors, and provide firefighters access to those courses.

01/11/2016 AR-339 Division/Group SUP January 11-13, 2016 at Montecito Fire Headquarters. This course teaches the student the management
skills necessary to fill the position of Division/Group
Supervisor within the framework of ICS. Topics
include: briefings, planning meetings, managing the
operations organization, adjusting tactics, risk
assessment, safety management and coordinating
internal and external relations associated with the
division or group in All Risk Incidents. Upon
successful completion of this course students will
